This is the first time ever that I collaborated with a local designer what acutally makes me feel really honored to present the very small art and fashion scene of my hometown Würzburg. The desginer Meike-Lesley Neumann just launched her collection "Brooklyn" at the boutique Stoffbar in Würzburg. The collection is all about the time the designer spend living in Brooklyn. The jersey oversized shirts with a little cut-out are all in black and white and very minimalistic. The designer told me that her collection is her expression of passion. The strikethrough part of the printed "Brooklyn" shows the cleavage that Meike-Lesley feels about staying in Germany or moving back to America. All in all I really enjoy the collection "Brooklyn" because of its minimalistic yet sporty vibe. I feel very lucky about the collaboration with a local designer.
